Reading the number

  • Closest to what the job asks for.
  • A good part of what the job asks for.
  • Some of what the job asks for.
  • Little of what the job asks for.

What it is

A number from 0 to 100 that compares your resume with what a job asks for. Open a job to see the skills you already have and the ones to learn.

How it is worked out

A model that runs on our own AI service, plus fixed rules. Your resume text is not sent to OpenAI or Google for the score.

What it can’t tell you

The score is guidance, not a verdict. It can only read what is on your resume, and it can be wrong. For hiring teams it is one input: a person makes every hiring decision.
